Welcome to Chase Your Dream. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our luxury travel consultancy services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Chase Your Dream acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines). We provide bespoke itinerary planning, booking management, and travel consultation.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Deposits: A non-refundable planning fee or deposit may be required to begin the customized itinerary process.
- Final Payment: All bookings must be paid in full by the deadline specified by the travel supplier. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservations.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier price increases until the final payment is processed.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Supplier Policies: All cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
- Agency Fees: Fees paid directly to Chase Your Dream for planning and consultation services are generally non-refundable.
- Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. We will assist in processing these requests with suppliers, but we do not guarantee a refund.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Chase Your Dream is not responsible for financial losses resulting from trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their policy covers their specific needs.
5. Documentation and Health Requirements
- Passports & Visas: Travelers must possess a valid passport (usually valid for at least six months beyond the date of return) and all necessary visas or transit permits.
- Health: You are responsible for complying with all health entry requirements, including vaccinations and COVID-19 protocols for your destination.
- Accuracy: Please review all travel documents immediately upon receipt. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chase Your Dream does not own or operate the entities that provide goods or services for your trip. We are not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any supplier or third party. We are not responsible for:
- Personal injury, property damage, or loss.
- Delays, inconveniences, or irregularities caused by weather, strikes, or acts of God.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our custom itineraries, including logos, text, and travel designs, is the property of Chase Your Dream and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
